...ok mostly the Golden Gate Bridge... but can you blame a fellow? In my humble opinion one of the most beautiful man made structures on Earth, and it just begs to be the subject of my camera. Different lighting all day makes it constantly change in appearance.
This city has always had the coolest transit ever, street operated Cable Cars. There is nothing like hanging off the side of
a Hyde street car as you start the long grade descent down to Fisherman's Wharf. Add to that the recent 'F' street car line, which
is comprised of varying historic American & foreign electric streetcar equipment, and you have no shortage of neat stuff to
look at. Of special note is RTA car #952, which is one of the famed New Orleans streetcars, and as of lately (since Katrina
decimated New Orleans) may now be part of a rare few of these original cars in operable condition. It was a treat to ride it.
The Bay Area's home of the redwoods.
The Pacific Coast, from Stinson Beach to the Santa Monica pier. A beautiful 500 mile drive along winding route 1. Best experienced during warm weather, in a convertible.
